Greetings and Welcome to the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, Rho Omega Omega Chapter Website!

It is my pleasure to bring greetings on behalf of the members of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, Rho Omega Omega Chapter! We are delighted that you have chosen to explore our website and learn more about our chapter.

Rho Omega Omega was chartered in 1989 by 15 innovative women who had the vision to expand our Sisterhood, Scholarship, and Service to All Mankind in Sampson and Bladen Counties. We are proud to be members of the first black Greek-letter organization to form in Sampson and Bladen Counties for college-educated African American Women among other accomplishments. For more than 30 years we have provided scholarships to deserving students in our counties. We have partnered with local schools, churches, businesses, and other organizations to implement programs and projects which allowed us to be of service to our communities.  It is an honor to continue our commitment as Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® women who continue to carry out this vision.

Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® is dedicated to implementing programs which are the Heart of our organizations. Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® programs enhance the social, economic, and educational well-being of our community, nation and world. Our current International President and Chief Executive Officer, Danette Anthony Reed’s 2022-2026 International Program theme is “Soaring to Greater Heights of Service and Sisterhood.” This is a call to service for all members of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®.  This administration has six initiatives with Strengthen Our Sisterhood being our Foundation Initiative. The remaining five program initiatives are:
